Bolivia rids of the US aid agency

Evo Morales, the Bolivian President, recently decided to dismiss the US aid agency out of Bolivia because of supposed wanting to weaken the leftist views of Bolivia's government.  "Never again, never again USAID, who manipulate and use our leaders, our colleagues with hand-outs," Moraels said.  President Morales had David Choquehuanca, Bolivia's foreign minister, inform the US embassy of the decision of the expulsion of the aid agency.  The motive of Morales could be prompted by newly appointed Secretary of State, John Kerry remarks upon speaking to the US Congress.  "It has too often been viewed as a second thought. It shouldn't be. It's our backyard, neighborhood, as you say. I think there are relationships we could improve," Kerry said.  It is probable that Morales was offended by the remark of calling Bolivia the United States' backyard.  It is also probable that the close relationship between Venezuela and Bolivia and the recent events of the election in Venezuela could have prompted this.
