Saudi Arabia School Sports for Girls

A small stride has been made in women's rights in the Islam world.  Saudi Arabia is now letting girls participate in school sport activities in private schools.  In private schools, girls can participate as long as they are wearing reasonable clothing, and are being supervised by female instructors.  However, the amount of girls in private schools are limited; this ban has not been lifted in public schools.  Although this only effects the wealthy females, it is still important that they are moving in the right direction, even if it is still limited by social class.  In addition, a campaign was launched in Saudi Arabia about domestic abuse.
