Libyan 'force' goes after threatened North Korean oil tanker in rebel-held port

A North Korean oil tanker has been docked in a Libyan port that is currently held by rebel forces. The government has mobilized a force to seize this oil tanker. The force is supposedly made up of naval officers and ex rebels who are being paid by the Libyan government. Their order are to stop, seize, or even strike the tanker if it does not comply. There have been threats that the tanker will be bombed if it does not comply with commands. The tanker apparently isn't being allowed to leave due to the rebel forces that are keeping it there.
