Ukraine: Russian acts are a 'Declaration of war'

Now that Russian troops have dispersed through the Crimean peninsula and have begun demanding Ukrainian forces hand over their weapons, and the interim Prime Minister Yatsenyuk declared the occupation to be a declaration of war. He demanded that Putin pull his troops from the area for he fears that they are "on the brink of disaster". The Ukrainian ambassador to the UN said in a speech that they are prepared to defend themselves and they are willing to ask for military support from outside nations. John Kerry spoke on Face the Nation and stated that several foreign powers are prepared to enact economic sanctions on Russia if they continue they way that they are. From the looks of things, it appears that there will be several forces willing to defend Ukraine and ensure their integrity.
