Due to the 2020 Olympics, Japan is undergoing mass redevelopment which means even famed tourist attractions such as the Tsukiji fish market are being forced by the government to relocate. Tsukiji has been in operation for 83 years and is famed for its array of fresh seafood. Many famous chefs from big name restaurants and curious tourists love Tsukiji. It also promotes a sense of community between the sellers and provides many people's livelihoods. The reaction to the relocation has been tragic to say the least.
