Obama wraps up Latin American trip, reaffirms hopes for immigration reform

Over the weekend President Obama traveled to Mexico and Costa Rica to accomplish an overhaul of immigration laws. Obama supports a bipartisan Senate bill that rewrites immigration laws. He hopes that the immigration reform law becomes a reality this year and is confident that the final bill will pass Congress.
While he was in Mexico and Costa Rica Obama spend a lot of time speaking with citizens and local leaders. In Mexico he spoke to their new president and pushed for deeper economic ties since the Mexican economy is an increasing source of growth in the U.S. and a buyer of American made goods and services.
