The No-Fly Zone of Syria

Currently, budget analysts are crunching numbers to see just how expensive a no-fly zone would be for both the United States and its allies. It all depends on the scale and duration of this operation. The ultimate goal is to ground Syrian forces more so than keep them out of the sky and it is predicted that the expenditures for such a thing would be far less costly given that Syrian skies are smaller due to its size. This means less air power, but an actual attack rather than a no-fly zone seems to be more plausible for analysts.
