Saudi Arabia Weapon Imports

Saudi Arabia has just surpassed India as the number one importer of weapons. As a matter of fact, imports have rose 54 percent from 2013 to 2014. Benjamin Moores, an IHS senior defense analyst stated that this trend has no plan to slow down. He says that," based on planned deliveries imports will grow 52 percent to 9.8 billion in 2015." That means out of every 7 dollars spent on defense imports Saudi Arabia, one will be spent by Saudi Arabia.
