Joe Biden did not deny whether or not he will will run for the 2020 presidential election. When Oprah asked him the question about running for president, Joe answered no. It will be interesting moving forward if their are any new leads or updates regarding this. It is definitely not uncommon for vice president's the run for election in later years.
