Trump's speech in South Korea has been referred to as "reckless remarks by an old lunatic" by North Korea. And of course President Trump went to twitter to tweet his response against such a comment and said "'Why would Kim Jong-un insult me by calling me ‘old,’ when I would NEVER call him ‘short and fat?'". He tries to end the comment on a better note by saying "'Oh well, I try so hard to be his friend — and maybe someday that will happen!'"Trump's means of traveling to Asia is to gain pressure against North Korea's nuclear weapon movement. North Korea was offended by the purpose of Trump's visitations because the felt as if he were trying to make them seem like the overall enemy. But, aside from all the drama, Trump mentions that a friendship between both leaders, although fairly strange, is possible.
