Steve Grasz "not qualified" for 8th Circuit Court of Appeals

The American Bar Association has stated that Steve Grasz is not qualified for federal appointment to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. A large portion of this opinion was formed through evaluation of his writings of which contained deeply rooted political partisanship and bias. As stated by chairwoman Pam Bresnahan, "Many questioned whether Mr. Grasz would be able to detach himself from his deeply held social agenda and political loyalty to be able to judge objectively. Grasz's senate hearing is scheduled for today, November 1st and will determine whether he is appointed or not. This is the first time in 30 years that the American Bar Association has reached a unanimous not qualified determination.
