This article talks about how after the shooting in Texas, Trump still thinks that having stricter gun laws would cause more of a problem. The shooting happened while President Trump is on tour in South Korea, he was if because of this shooting calls for "extreme vetting" of immigrants should also apply to Americans also wanting to purchase guns. His response was no, because if guns law were stricter then it would have been possible that the casualties would have been greater, because the man that stopped the gunman could have not had the gun.
