The former chief prosecutor of United Nations war crimes tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda is speaking up ad calling fro an international arrest of Russian President Putin. Her argument lies in 'clear' war crimes that are being played out in the war between Ukrainian and Russia that is currently going on. The use of mass graves, attacks on civilians, demolishing villages, and destruction of civilian buildings are all crimes that she has documented. Although Russia has received heavy criticism for their actions, in the near future there may also be conversation about Ukraines war crimes, as there are reports of torturing Russian soldiers.
