It's 11 p.m. on Sunday in Kyiv. Here's what you need to know

A recent military strike on a Kramatorsk train station in Ukraine has killed 57 people. The injury toll is much higher and workers were seen cleaning the scene of the site in the aftermath. In other news, Ukrainian foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba has said that Russia's plan for invasion has failed, along with another military general being appointed to lead the war in Russia. He has also said that it will be extremely difficult to consider negotiations with Russia after the Kramatorsk attack. The new Russian general has a history of violence against civilians, so fears are high as he begins to take control.
