The French General Election for the presidency is up for grabs. There seems to be three main candidates. Incumbent Emanuel Macron, Far Right Wing Candidate Marine Le Pon, and Jean Luc-Melecon. President Macron received 27.6% of the total vote, meanwhile Marine Le Pon received 23.41%.
Up next will be a run off campaign for current president Macron and candidate Le Pon on April 24th. It appears the election will be very close. If elected Le Pon vowed to remove France from NATO.
