Russia is becoming frustrated with the United States constant allocation of military resources to Ukraine. This is beginning to stir up questions about the return of the Cold War between the two global hegemons. The United States believes they are justified in their action because they see Russia's actions as an unprovoked War of aggression. Will these continued allocations of resources to Ukraine from the United States make things worse globally?
