Kim Yo Jong, sister of Kim Jong Un, has made a statement about the South Korean defense minister, calling him scum-like and is enraged following the South's conversations of possible preemptive strikes being taken out on the North. After the March 24th ICBM test, tensions have been heightened and as more leaders are coming out from both sides could be facing, as Kim Yo Jong said, "a serious threat".
