Palestinian party Fatah is helping lead the way of a peaceful demonstrations in the West Bank areas. Prime Minister Salam Fayyad is seeming to be taking more action to back up his statements encouraging positive change by spending time in neglected villages helping to work on projects like sewage, education, and electricity.
However Israeli troops are stating that the Peace marches are not quite as non-violent as they would have us believe. Troops say that the marches are often accompanied with stone throwing and damage to seperation barriers.
Despite that, Prime Minister Fayyad remains hopeful of building "the makings of a state" by 2011 with the support of business aspects within the state.
