Protest Leaders Elude Capture

In Thailand the leaders of the Red Shirt Party escaped capture by the police who surrounded their hotel. The protesters are demanding that the whole government resign and new elections occur. The government is pursuing the leaders of the protest stating terrorists ave infiltrated their ranks and their national security is at risk. The protesters helped their leaders escape by lowering them down while the overwhelmed police force could do nothing but look on. This is just another instance where the Thailand Government has been embarrassed by this group.
