In this article it talks about how Mexico have recently lowered the alert for swine flu one notch. It also says that many schools or public institutions are now opening again and people seem to be going out in public more than before. This change though does come after 1,112 confirmed cases, and 42 deaths. The article goes on to say that they believe that the worst is over, and hopefully the worst of the outbreak is behind us.
Also, the article says that China has stopped flights going to and from Mexico because of the swine flu, but Mexico is saying that people are being targeted just because of their background, regardless of them showing signs of the disease. According to the Center for Disease Control, people shouldn't be isolating Mexican people and blaming them for the disease because now many countries have it. According to this article it seems that the worst may potentially be over, and hopefully there will be less and less new cases in the next few weeks.
