Airlines plot fight-back against France’s short-haul flights ban- Hailey Morsovillo

 

France banned short-haul flights. The biggest thing the European Union is trying to fix is to limit emissions. They think these short flights can help that. Climate change is a problem and they think this can fix it. Some people are outraged about this. Especially the French Airports, they think it will just add up to a small amount of the air transport emissions. Obviously the airports don't want to do this because they will be losing money. I am on both sides. I do really think the emissions are causing a real problem to the world. But I also think that with such a small amount of emission it can not have that big of a factor on the world.
