Germany was expected to announce a decision on sending Leopard 2 Tanks, a vital modern military vehicle, to Germany this past Friday. However, they announced they needed more time to decide. NATO and Kyiv are urging Germany to step up their military aid. Germany being on the more hesitant side to send more aid and has urged the U.S. to send their own tanks to Ukraine. 13 other European countries posses Leopard 2 tanks, and have agreed to re-export some to Kyiv but can not do so without Germany's approval.
