On January 7th, 2023, after Tyre Nichols was heading home from taking picture when he got pulled over by police for a traffic stop that turned into something brutal. After three days Tyre died in the hospital. Reports say that Tyre was told to come out of his car by one police officer even after not even doing anything or even told why. The officer was being aggressive with him after putting him in handcuffs, Tyre tried to flee the scene because he was scared for his life. After the five police officers tased him and brutally beat him down. The video that was posted online you could see how the the five officers were tosing, kicking, and punching Tyre like he wasn’t even a human. You could tell how comfortable these cops were performing this brutal act even though they were on camera. Who else knows what crimes they did and got away with it. Since then all five officers have been charged with second degree murder and fired from their jobs. This the first time we’ve seen this happen after something brutal like this happening with the police. When I say first time I mean them being fired and arrested for their crime then more or less than 24 hours but we all know why but that’s for another blog
