Pelosi Says...

Question: If you are the Speaker of the House, don't you think you would be aware of something as controversial as waterboarding? Just saying, I would like to think that Nancy Pelosi had an idea of what was going on in Gitmo...but apparently she had no idea. In this article Pelosi states that the CIA misled her to believe that waterboarding was not being used on Gitmo detainees. She states that "I wasn't briefed, I was informed that somebody else had been briefed about it," seriously? SERIOUSLY?! Do we really believe this? Because I think not. Just a word of wisdom; Nancy, if you're going to lie, at least try to come up with a better excuse than "someone else knew the full story." I'd like to think you are not entirely incompetent, but that statement gives me very little hope.
