Administration Infighting on Afghan Pullout

As 2014 came we all knew that would mean pulling out troops from Afghanistan. As of now there are two options that have been put out there; the zero option or leaving around 9,000-12,000 troops. The zero option is exactly what it sounds like, there would be no troops remaining in Afghanistan. This option concerns many in the defense department along with President Karzai's delay in signing an agreement to continue to allow military training. Some believe this is a sign that the zero option is the way to go. But no matter what it is looking unlikely that President Karzai will be signing any sort of agreement any time soon.
