Demjanjuk Deported to Germany

By Mei Kin Chew

Eighty-nine year old nazi war crime suspect John Demjanjuk have been deported to Germany from his home in Cleveland, Ohio on Monday evening (5/11).
Demjanjuk's deportation provides a final closure on the "longest-running pursuits of an alleged Holocaust perpetrator in history" up to date.

Federal court denied the 89 year old's appeal and the Justice Department proceeded swiftly with the deportation procedure.

If found guilty at the age of 89 years old, what could be done upon him since a natural death will befall sooner than one can think? Nonetheless, justice will be served and peace will be restored in the hearts of the families whose loved ones died during WW2.
