Africa and Investing

Often we chase whats popular, whether it be the person or the stock. People notice whats rising, but the key is to finding whats about to rise. The question is whether Africa will be able to rise from the poverty and corruption it has. This article show a few ways to invest in Africa, specific ETF's and mutual funds that can be bought. Its important to notice that the article at first recommends investing in companies that are have business in the continent, rather than funds invested in the continent itself first. The article demonstrates some confidence in Chinese intervention in the continent, and its pouring of millions into the the infrastructure of various countries, which has resulted in rapid growth in some of the African countries. As we learned though, this may only be short run, for this allows the continuance of bad governing policies to continue by inherently corrupt governments. Why change if there's no incentive do do so?
