Berlusconi continuing his many cases in court

Italian Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi is back in court but not for the underage prostitute. This times it's for Silvio's media company, Mediatrade. He denies inflating the price paid for television rights and then taking the difference to fund political activities. He had a preliminary hearing about this case at the end of March. He's got this case and the case involving an underage prostitute, which he could face up to 15 years in prison. Will he still be untouchable like teflon?
