Three killed in Yemen protests

On Friday, tens of thousands gathered in Ibb, Taiz, and Yemen's capital, Sanaa, demanding that President Ali Abdullah Saleh leave office, but he refused to step down after 32 years in power. Troops shot at protesters, killing three and wounding fifteen in Ibb, and wounding three in Taiz. In Sanaa, armored vehicles and military troops dispersed protesters. Since the unrest began in January, an estimated 170 people have been killed.
