Waterboarding

There's no question that often when someone is waterboarded they will talk, but the question is whether what they will say is the truth, or even if they are being honest, if what they say is accutrate. Whether or not Osama Bin Laden was found because of water boarding or not is hard to tell. Most likely over the years the information was created by means of mutliptple sources and methods of gathering intelligence. Whether such treatment is justified, and the potential eefect it has on americans that are captured remains at question.
