North Korea, Iran, and Ballistic Missile Tech

According to leaked UN report, obtained by Reuters, North Korea and Iran appear to have been exchanging ballistic missile technology. The report said that transfers were taking place through a third country that diplomats have said was China. It said that the items were being transfered using regularly scheduled flights on Air Koryo and Iran Air. The report also raised concerns about the safety of the Yongbyon complex and warned that an environmental crisis could occur if it were dismantled or decommissioned without care.
