Hours after Russian airstrikes killed 20 members of one family, including nine children, in Aleppo, Russia says that it will halt airstrikes on the rebel held section of the city. Airstrikes are to stop for 8 hours on Thursday, starting at 8 am according to General Sergey Rudskoy, also urging rebels to leave the city. Six corridors are to be opened to move civilians out of the city. Two corridors are opened for rebels to leave.
