North Korea missile crosses maritime border with South for first time

North Korea fires over 23 missiles off its Eastern and Western coast Wednesday morning over a maritime boarder less than 60km away from South Korea's boarder. This test launch led to South Korea urgently issuing an air raid warning for the island of Ulleung.

Seoul's military further exclaimed that they will be responding sternly and with cooperation with the US in order to display how they are fully capable of accurately striking the enemy. Other states are voicing their opinion in accordance to their territory. This can be seen as Japan's Defense Minister, Yasukazu Hamada, claims that North Korea's actions have escalated its "persistent provocations", and that these actions "threaten the peace and security of our country, the region, and the international community".

This is a dangerous and unstable situation that could quickly turn into armed conflict.
