Putin's Private Army Facing Legal Action, Accused of Ukraine 'War Crimes'

We talked in class about the definition of terrorism and how it's hard to capture one definition that fits all. Still, when it comes to Russia targeting residential areas and killing innocent citizens, that's terrorism and a war crime. Evidence is being presented to the united kingdom by a London law firm about war crimes done by Putin's private army called the Wagners. Putin knows the consequences of using nukes, and he also knows that he is not winning this war if he keeps using the same methodology as we saw how it didn't work in the past or the present.
