Peru: Police clash with protesters in capital Lima

There is civil unrest in Peru as people flood the streets protesting the government. The goal of these protesters is to get the president, Pedro Castillo, to resign over allegations of corruption. "No injuries were reported immediately after police fired tear-gas canisters in Lima in an effort to stop demonstrators from reaching government buildings". Castillo has been impeached twice before but not convicted of anything. While protests are going on throughout Peru, the largest is in the capital, Lima. Police released tear gas on the protesters but no one was injured. I feel we are seeing a lot of civil unrest in many countries lately.
