Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping has finally resurfaced since he went missing Semptember 1st. Xi Jinping is expected to take the reigns of the Communist party and assume the role of president for China next month. So his absence is leading us to believe that this upcoming party leader succession process will not go as smoothly as originally thought. Xi Jinping was rumored to be missing because of injuries substained during swimming or playing football. However, his unusual long absence has begged the question whether or not Xi Jinping has some serious health concerns that needed to addressed without the public's knowledge. What is even more worrisome is that Xi Jinping has cancelled several upcoming public appearances, including with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. Xi Jinping seems to be healthy but nothing is for sure until the Chinese release more information.
