Attempted murder charge against 9-month-old dismissed in Pakistan

In Islamabad, Pakistan, a 9 month old boy named Mohammad Musa was charged with murder. The charges came about from an incident involving his whole family on January 31st. Police accompanied officials from the government-owned power company to identify homes with illegal electricity connections. Many of the residents of the neighborhood threw stones at policemen when they came toward them including Musa's family. A big controversy developed because they believed the boy's entire family was involved but just he was charged. Authorities are trying to make sure his record is cleared of this so he can grow up with a clean record.
