U.S. to send 2 more missile defense ships to Japan to protect from North Korea

Due to increased missile testing by North Korea in recent weeks, the United States plans to send defensive missile ships to Japan. With increased nuclear testing in progress, it allows the US a fresh line of suspicions towards North Korea and by sending defensive ships to Japan enhances the ability to further protect Japan, as well as the United States. The plan is to have two ships reach Japan ports by 2017. This will raise the number of Japan-based ships to seven.
