Rethinking Putin's Russia

It is no secret that dealing with Russia is very complex and that Putin is hard to figure out. This is a problem that other presidents have faced, and no one seems to have it all figured out. Criticism is being placed on Obama about how to handle Putin and for "inviting Russian aggression". The article continues to talk about some theories for what exactly went wrong over these past twenty years. These theories range from the U.S being over zealous about a "changed post-Cold War Russia" for too long to America encouraging Russian mistrust which helped the political rise of Putin. There is debate on whether this is a smaller-scale Cold War or just back lash from it, but many agree that it is time to finally figure Putin out and take care of what is going on.
