Ukranian President Oleksandr Turchynov assured that any pro-Russian individuals still held up in administrative building in Urkaine can put down their weapons and leave peacefully without prosecution. This differs from the initial sentiment that the Interior Minister said which asserted that the conflict will be resolved even if it required the use of force. Recent reports show that Russian forces and military hardware have been grouping outside Ukrainian borders. Russian officials have responded by saying that they have not made and military action outside Ukrainian borders and that all reports are simply trying to paint them in a negative light. Some media outlets have claimed that Putin may be scaling up his troops for a possible large scale military action in Ukraine, but we all know how reliable media reports can be. Whatever may be the case, the issue in Ukraine is far from over and the microscope still remains focused on Putin.
