Russia is testing out its nuclear missiles; an ICBM was launched from the Kura test site to land in the far east of Russia. This is a show of force to create fear in Ukraine. Putin is also trying to show that he is serious about using Nukes to gain an advantage in the war. Russia is trying to make the world believe that Ukraine will use a dirty bomb, and in return, they will have a justifiable reason to nuke them. Russia is trying to shape public opinion and deceive them about what's happening. I honestly think that at this point may use a nuke bomb on their own troops to find a reason to Nuke Ukraine and win the war. The action of testing itself was okay under the start arms treaty.
