On Sunday, October 9, A Russian barrage hits Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, killing 17 people and dozens wounded. This city sits in a region that Moscow has already claimed. Zaporizhzhia holds one of Europe's largest nuclear power stations. In addition, Ukraine shut down the last operating reactor month prior to prevent a radiation disaster. The plant has since lost all external power and now is relying on emergency diesel generators. Since this attack happened after the explosion of the Crimea bridge, Ukrainian forces have been heightened.
