Nuclear weapons are a genuine worry in the possession of larger countries. However, with larger nuclear weapons there needs to be prep and a place to launch from. With a dirty bomb it can be a simple small terrorist attack that can do a lot of damage and leave an impact. The claims are unfounded but it is interesting to see Russia push the fear that Ukraine would use a terrorist tactic to fight. Russia is trying to compare Ukraine to a terrorist state. It will be interesting to see what happens in the future and what is said.
