Russia and Ukraine grain conflict

Russia has just stepped out of a grain deal with Ukraine that has started to stir up worry and confusion. Some believe that this could result in a global food shortage. Joe Biden has reportedly stepped in and made comments on the matter. Russia is not allowing trucks carrying grain into Ukraine, and the president of the United States has decided to step in. Biden says that what Russia is doing is outrageous and that Russia is breaking deals that the U.N. had previously negotiated. Russian officials stated that they acted in this way to retaliate against the alleged drone attack Saturday against Russia’s Black Sea Fleet ships off the Crimean coast. Ukraine has denied these attacks, suggesting that Russia is lying to make its actions seem like retaliation instead of initiating attacks. These events are gaining worldwide acknowledgment, and Russia is stated to be facing international condemnation.
