The White house has had enough cyber attacks from Russia now that they are meddling in the presidential election. American officials are trying to think of different ways to counter attack Russia. one way is to cyber attack them with full force, the problem with that is it will get messy. Another option is to put more sanctions on Russia, the problem with that is Europe wont sanction them because they rely heavily on Russia's gas and oil.
