Pro-Russians in Ukraine set up voting ballots for a referendum in Donetsk and Luhansk. People lined up at the ballots despite Ukraine being close to a civil war. Most people voted in favor of creating distance from the Ukraine central government in Kiev. More separatists want to side with Russia and said more referendums are on the way. While all this was happening the Ukraine military has had no luck to recapture the cities taken over by the pro-Russian people.
