With the help of US intelligence, Pakistani forces were able to free the Boyle family after being held hostage for 5 years by Taliban affiliated Haqqani. Though there were questions of Joshua Boyle's past, as well as questions of him and his wife's intentions for being in Afghanistan originally, the Department of Justice says neither face arrest.
