Mike Pence walks out of NFL game as players kneel during national anthem

During todays NFL game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Indianapolis Colts, Vice President Mike Pence was in attendance. When the national anthem was played a number of players from both teams chose to kneel. This has been a common occurrence throughout the NFL since the start of the season. President Trump has had his say on the situation already and after the national anthem had finished Pence decided to leave the game. He stated that he would not participate in any  "event that disrespects our soldiers, our flag and our national anthem". Trump also tweeted afterwards and said he was proud of his vice president for standing up for the flag.
