US Secretary of State Antony Blinken met with the PRC's top diplomat Wang Yi to stress that Chinese survellience in the US mainland will not be tolerated and that the PRC's continued assistance with Russia's invasion of Ukraine through material support undermines international rules-based order and is discouraged.
