Finlands Foreign Minister Pekka Haavisto is calling for a 'time out' during talks with turkey over Finland and Sweden's accession to NATO. Turkey refuses to sign over disputes between Turkey and Sweden. Recently there was a demonstration in Stockholm where far-right participants burned a Quran in front of the Turkish embassy as well as a handful of military issues like Sweden’s support for Kurdish groups that Turkey considers to be terrorists
This has led to a roadblock to NATO for Finland and Sweden as Turkey has given Sweden eight-ten weeks to make the changes demanded by Ankara.
